Celebrating Love in the Land of 10,000 Lakes

Welcome to the Twin Cities!

Having grown up just outside of Saint Paul, the bride is thrilled to welcome our out-of-town guests to the Twin Cities. She cherishes this area for its "Up North" culture, stunning natural scenery, lakes, rich history, and vibrant food and art scene. Thank you for traveling to celebrate our special day!

First, we'll celebrate at the bride's childhood parish, the Church of Saint Joseph in Saint Paul. Then, we'll retreat to the quaint town of Hastings, nestled along the Mississippi River on the Twin Cities southeast edge. We chose The Confluence, a historic factory turned boutique hotel, as our reception site after falling in love with its riverfront setting and "town and country" charm.

  • While rideshares are widely accessible in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, the reception venue is located on the metro area's outskirts, making transportation more challenging and costly. We recommend having a vehicle available for transport throughout the weekend and arranging a safe ride home if you are not staying at the hotel at the end of the night. To reserve a room at The Confluence Hotel, visit the accommodations page.

  • Please visit the Wedding Day page for directions between the Church of Saint Joseph and The Confluence Hotel. Anticipate a drive of about 25 minutes.
